The ignou open mat entrance exam date is based on the fact that the entrance test happens twice in a year once which is already done in the month of February date 2 and for those who are applying for the second semester can do so by sitting for the test and qualifying it from 2014 (July 2014) – 31st May, 2014 further for the first semester can apply in 2015 (January 2015) and 30th November, 2014.
