There are many MBA entrance exams that are held in India. CAT, MAT, XAT, CET, JMET, GMAT, CEMAT, IIFT, NMAT, ICET, XLRI, Atma, Symbiosis and IGNOU MBA entrance exam are just a few names from the huge list of various MBA entrance exams in India. Common admission test i.e. CAT is seen as the toughest MBA entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management(IIM's) every year.
Basically MBA entrance exams are been conducted to test the ability of the student. The aim of the MBA exam is to find out the standard of knowledge, the aptitude of the candidate and his or her ability to take admission in a MBA program. The ATMA examination is conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools(AIMS).

Commonwealth Executive management admission test(CEMAT) is conducted by the Indira Gandhi Open University twice every year for admission into the Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration(CEMBA) and Commonwealth Executive Master of Public Administration(CEMPA) programs. The ATMA entrance exam 2010 will be held on February 14, 2010 across 28 cities.
