IGNOU Open MAT

IGNOU open MAT entrance exam is the test conducted by IGNOU(Indira Gandhi open university) for admission in various management programs of IGNOU.

Here it is required to be mentioned that the candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance test for admission into Management Programme conducted by institutions like CAT, MAT and State level tests need not appear in OPENMAT).

Admission to the MBA, Diploma in Management, PGDIM and Post Graduate Diplomas in HRM, FM, OM, and MM, is done on the basis of the score obtained in the OPENMAT.IGNOU open MAT exams are conducted all over India twice a year as per IGNOU open MAT schedule.

Admission are offered to all those attaining the cut off score and above, subject to their fulfilling other eligibility criteria.

After the conduction of IGNOU open MAT entrance a result card will be sent to all the candidates appearing in the OPENMAT examination. It will indicate whether the candidate has qualified or not qualified for admission on the basis of cut-off score as decided by the University.The complete IGNOU open MAT schedule, IGNOU open MAT entrance daes and IGNOU open MAT test dates can be easily known while browsing through internet on official websiite of IGNOU.

IGNOU MAT Exam SCORE

Candidates who have qualified for admission on the basis of the score obtained in the IGNOU MAT exam will be eligible to take admission into Management Programme in any of the subsequent semesters.

The last dates for submission of the Application Form for Admission to these semesters are as given below:
For those qualifying August 2009 Test — Ist Sem. 2010 (January 2010) – 30th November, 2009

For those qualifying February 2010 Test — IInd Sem. 2010 (July 2010) – 31st May, 2010

(OPENMAT-XXVII) Ist Sem. 2011 (January 2011) – 30th November, 2010

For those qualifying August 2010 Test — Ist Sem. 2011 (January 2011) – 30th November, 2010
